Photography Rates
First Hour - £100
Then - £50 per hour
Deposit: £50
Price includes: Pre-shoot consultation, time on set, photoshoot, post-process, post-process discussion & revision, digital delivery of both print and digital resolution JPEG files, and delivery of RAW files/other reasonable formats if requested, standard license conditions. (Please note: time is calculated based on time on set)
Expenses: Travel time over 1hr and any accommodation requirements will be subject to expenses.

License (Commercial Use)
Standard License: Included in the cost of the produced photos is license to use the photos in the following places;
Your website
Social media
In house email marketing
Contest entry
Internal use
In house printed collateral
Digital & print use where you have a presence (e.g. trade shows)
Academic use
Extended License: If you are looking at using the produced photos for either editorial use or advertising use they may be subject to further charge as listed below;
Editorial usage: Editorial platforms will be subject to license charges to use the produced photographs, this should usually be paid for by the platform and can be easily set up. In many cases it will just require proper photographer credit on their part. NOTE: This does not apply if the article is about you/your business, in which case the produced photos can be used at no extra charge to the client/publicist/editorial platform.
Advertising usage: Using the produced photos to advertise in locations not listed above (e.g. print ads in magazines/billboards/posters, online on third party websites, digital & print use where you do not have a presence) is subject to further charge. I am happy to provide you with this information on request before the photographs are produced, or at a later date if you decide to use them for advertising in future.
Stock photo sites: License is not given for the produced photos to be sold on stock photo sites by either the photographer or the client.
Deposit: A flat non-refundable deposit rate of £50 is applicable to all bookings. If you have to move the date of your shoot the original paid deposit will still be valid for the new date.
